UnblockedGamesSchool ("we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to respecting intellectual property rights and complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"). It is our policy to respond expeditiously to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with statutory requirements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
We provide curated, lightweight browser games designed specifically for educational breaks, classroom free time, and casual browser entertainment. We do not intend to infringe on any legitimate copyrights.
2. Nature of Games & Browser-Based Architecture
Games hosted or linked on UnblockedGamesSchool are developed using open web standards including HTML5 Canvas, WebGL, and JavaScript. Many titles are community-created open-source projects, public domain recreations, or licensed creations freely shared across the open web.
If you believe that a game, asset, artwork, sound effect, or name displayed on this platform belongs to you and has been published without appropriate authorization, we stand ready to promptly remove or disable access to the contested material.
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a formal notice of claimed infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), please submit a written communication containing the following required statutory elements:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single site are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
- Specific Location: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail (including specific URLs on unblockedgamesschool.com) so that we can locate the material.
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2) and (3). A valid counter-notification must contain:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the USA, the judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable international intellectual property laws, UnblockedGamesSchool maintains a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of repeat infringers. We also permanently block submissions and game packages from authors who repeatedly submit disputed materials.
